Witchcliff

Classic blues for this classic room, with bright blue and yellow on the walls and cheerful blue stripes for the comforter. The bedroom with queen bed and ensuite bath features exquisite "Comfy" sheets. Oak furniture and Chinese accessories give a vintage feel to this modest-in-size but big-on-style room.

Bruce Price, the architect for Chateau Frontenac in Quebec City, as well as Cleftsone Manor, our sister Inn, designed Witchcliff. It was built on Eden Street at the same time as its neighbor, Lombard Cottage, in 1880. The Lombard Cottage was demolished in 1927 and Witchcliff was torn down in 1937. Witchcliff has been rebuilt and is now a private cottage.
